I, unlike most physicians, was medically train to provide you options in your care, particularly, a whole life approach. However, I’ll be the first to acknowledge that despite nearly 20 years of practice and additional study with some of the most renown integrative medicine pioneers, such as Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Jeffrey Bland, Master Faxiang Hou, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Joe Dispenza and others, I still don't have ALL of the answers. However, my commitment is show you another path or process where you get to improve some aspect of your life and therefore your health. I'll share with you the practices that I am using with others to ensure pain free living and guide you as we work towards better stress and weight management.
 
Most of you, simply, want good health; and my approach is simple: Nourish the Body. Quiet the Mind. Move with Energy. Delight with Joy. Have Gratitude for all.

This is a very good initiative that you have taken in your blog. There are many questions about health that people fail to get in regular life. Your blog will help us to get the answer to many health concerns.

Talk about a change of scenery and a need to relax! I was not disappointed as I arrived at my destination on a beautiful blue sky day and couldn’t believe how fresh and clean the air was. The accommodations were inviting and the surrounding views amazing.

As a retiree, my health is a priority for me. I shouldn’t have worried. My individual needs were addressed and met as I learned of the wellness options from Fitness and Exercise to Life Coaching. We discussed the best fit for me and my needs were met with no stress on my part.

Although I didn’t have a set plan to lose weight, the nutrient rich meals were so delicious that I never felt hungry or deprived and did lose a few unwanted pounds. I left having learned so much about my physical health and personal well-being that I know I can change for the better as I age. I would go again in a minute!
